We want you to love your Sol de Janeiro products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new or gently used condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to return shipments.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or UPS return shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
